An opportunity exists for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a dynamic K-12 educational environment in Tompkinsville, KY. This full-time contract position runs from August 5, 2025, to May 14, 2026, and involves working with a diverse student caseload ranging from Pre-K through 12th grade.
Qualifications:
Valid Kentucky Speech-Language Pathologist License
Experience in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
Strong assessment and intervention skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and other specialists
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in speech-language therapy

Responsibilities:
Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment results
Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate speech and language goals into the classroom
Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student needs and progress
