Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Troubleshoot computer systems, swap out malfunctioning devices, and ensure minimal downtime for users.
• Set up workstations and configure peripherals such as printers and scanners.
• Perform desktop imaging and ensure consistent deployment of Microsoft Windows 10 across devices.
• Travel occasionally between locations to provide on-site support as needed.
• Maintain a detail-oriented and organized workspace, primarily based in Walnut Creek.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance system functionality and user experience.
• Document technical support activities and maintain detailed records of resolved issues.• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10 and related troubleshooting techniques.
• Hands-on experience with computer and desktop imaging processes.
• Ability to set up, configure, and manage hardware peripherals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and users.
• Willingness to travel occasionally between sites as required.
• Prior experience in a help desk or desktop support role is preferred.
