Facilities Scheduler

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize preventive maintenance schedules across all facility systems and production lines.

Coordinate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to align maintenance tasks with production goals.

Prioritize work orders and schedule corrective maintenance to minimize disruption to production.

Track and report KPIs related to equipment uptime, maintenance response times, and schedule compliance.

Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to manage and document all facility-related scheduling activities.

Forecast and plan for facility needs related to equipment, parts, and manpower.

Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a production environment, with direct oversight of 10 or more production lines.

Proven experience in facilities or maintenance scheduling in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Proficient in CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels.
