Job Title: Logistics Associate

Location: Onsite – 15370 Vickery Dr, Houston, TX 77032

Job Type: Contract (6 months)

Pay: $23.00/hr (W-2)

About the Role:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Logistics Associate to support inbound and outbound logistics operations at our Houston facility. This 6-month onsite contract role involves maintaining inventory controls, supporting import/export compliance, and ensuring smooth coordination across warehousing, freight, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Support inbound and outbound logistics including dock-to-dock inventory tracking

Use a Legacy system to manage inventory control and quote customer equipment

Stay current on PSI Program changes and maintain compliance with Anexo 24 and Article 303

Communicate with the U.S. Warehouse, Shipping Department, and Freight Companies to ensure proper documentation and timely shipment pickups

Track and report all import/export movements and ensure C-TPAT requirements are followed

Create monthly and annual logistics reports and maintain up-to-date cost records for raw materials

Inspect products based on quality checklists and report discrepancies

Record inventory transactions and perform minor adjustments to machines or systems

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

0–1 years of relevant experience

Ability to follow written procedures and work with minimal supervision

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Team-oriented with a proactive communication style

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience or knowledge in logistics or supply chain preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Leadership ability and a collaborative mindset
