Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join their team. This role is vital in ensuring the quality and compliance of finished products and raw materials, supporting the company's commitment to excellence and regulatory adherence.

About the Role:

The Quality Assurance Technician will assist in maintaining and improving the company's Quality Systems and Programs to ensure first-pass acceptance and compliance with regulatory standards. This position involves executing quality inspections, reviewing batch records, and supporting microbiological testing to uphold product integrity and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and audit batch documentation during production to verify compliance with quality standards.

Test and approve bulk compounded batches post-production, ensuring adherence to established specifications.

Conduct final inspections of finished goods for conformity.

Review incoming packaging components (primary and secondary) against approved standards.

Assist in sampling raw materials, finished products, and in-process items as needed.

Perform microbiological testing on bulk, finished goods, and raw materials to ensure product safety and compliance.

Analyze production records post-filling to confirm accuracy and compliance, performing necessary calculations.

Support investigation and resolution of nonconformance events, executing appropriate corrective actions in line with quality protocols.

Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain a culture of continuous improvement in quality processes.

Support other duties related to quality assurance operations as assigned.

Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing, inspection, or quality assurance environment.

Strong understanding of laboratory testing techniques and equipment.

Excellent attention to detail with the ability to see the larger picture and communicate effectively across teams.

Demonstrated teamwork and collaborative mindset.

Basic proficiency in reading and interpreting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), batch records, and regulatory documents.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite manufacturing environment.

Authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation and Shifts:

$24 - $26 per hour, commensurate with experience
