Windows 7 to Windows 10 Migration. Upgrading Computer, Laptops, Cellphones, Tablets, and Peripheral Devices Windows Deskside Support Corporate Environment. Will be supporting Internal End Users.

Skills:

1. 3 years Windows 10 day to day deskside support in a corporate environment.

2.. 1 Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience of documented Executive User support.

3. Great Documentation/Customer service skills required.

4. LAN/Networking support experience in a corporate environment.

5. Must have documented Windows 7 to Windows 10 migration experience

6. Must have mobile device support experience Iphone, tablets, blackberries etc..

7. No long commutes accepted for the long term role.

Duration: 2 year initially, renewed annually

The ideal candidate should ideally not have more than 6 years experience. (not a firm requirement)
