We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account manager/operations specialist to join our team in the Facilities management industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of operations within the residential sector. This includes, but is not limited to, dispatching, processing work orders, handling invoices, and providing top-notch customer service. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our company's success while growing your career in an exciting and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all aspects of residential construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
2. Coordinate and dispatch work orders to appropriate teams, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
3. Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining clear and organized financial records.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
6. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards, promoting a culture of safety within the team.
7. Monitor project progress, preparing and presenting regular reports to senior management.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations within the Construction industry, specifically in the residential sector.
2. Proven experience in dispatching, processing work orders, handling invoices, and providing customer service.
3. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
5. Proficiency in using industry-specific software and tools.
6. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
7. Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
8. Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards within the Construction industry.
9. A degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
