Job Description

Responsible for being a hands-on supervisor over 3-4 machinists in a non-union environment

Will oversee and run manual bridge port, grinders, knee mills and some CNC mills and lathes

Will coach and train

Key Requirements

5+ years of hands-on machining leadership experience

Manual Bridgeport, grinders and knee mills experience

Plastic injection machine shop experience is a big plus
