Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
Valid state license or certification in Occupational Therapy
Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
Strong assessment and evaluation skills, especially in preschool
Ability to develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
Excellent munication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and assessments for preschool students to determine their occupational therapy needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student goals
Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress in accordance with IEPs
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a holistic approach to student care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress
Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
