We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. This Contract-to-permanent position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of legal tasks, with a strong focus on personal injury litigation. Responsibilities:
• Draft and prepare Ante Litem notices for attorney review.
• Review and process litigation referrals for approval.
• Request and distribute probate and medical payment checks as needed.
• Mail probate-related documents to the appropriate court.
• Manage bankruptcy notices and ensure proper documentation.
• Provide timely case updates to providers and maintain accurate account notations.
• Access and review pleadings electronically using state and federal court systems.
• Prepare attorney liens and calculate case expenses with precision.
• Maintain daily updates to litigation reports and ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster strong client relationships by providing regular updates on case progress.• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal injury litigation paralegal.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Paralegal Certificate is a plus.
• Strong understanding of personal injury law and related legal procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Needles, and Littify software.
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to resolve problems in a timely manner.
