Job Title: Quality Inspector
Job Description
We are seeking four Quality Assurance Inspectors Level 1 in Plastic Injection Molding; two on first shift, one for the second shift and another for the third shift. This entry-level role involves performing basic quality inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications. The position requires collaboration with the production team to identify and report any deviations from quality standards.
Responsibilities
Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of plastic injection molded parts according to established procedures.
Use measurement tools and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges, to verify product dimensions and specifications.
Perform basic functional tests to ensure product performance and quality.
Accurately record inspection results and findings in quality control logs and databases.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports and documentation for review by supervisors and management.
Identify and report any non-conforming products or materials to the Quality Supervisor.
Assist in segregating and labeling non-conforming products to prevent their use in production.
Monitor production processes to ensure they are operating within established quality standards.
Alert production and quality management of any deviations or potential issues.Essential Skills

Experience in machine operation and quality inspection is an advantage.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.85/hr.
