An opportunity exists for a skilled professional specializing in speech-language pathology within an early childhood education setting. This contract position is based in Taylor, AZ, and involves working directly with preschool-aged students to support their communicative needs.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Experience working with children, particularly in a school setting
Familiarity with child find processes and evaluations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Knowledge of mild to moderate disabilities preferred

Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for assigned students
Provide direct therapy services to a caseload of 15-20 PreK students
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student goals
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to child find efforts
Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment outcomes
Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding speech and language development
