Job Title: Account Manager (Inside Sales - Contract)
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Format: Contract, with some potential to go perm
Schedule: Full time, 40 hours/week
Compensation: $36-$41 an hour (based on experience)
About the Role:
Beacon Hill's client is seeking an Account Manager that is working with warm leads in strategically building, maintaining and growing existing business relationships. This role will require individuals to have a consultative approach in influencing decisions in increasing program registration. This is a great opportunity for individuals who like detail, creating presentations, moderating presentations to key decision makers. This role will require great communication skills in talking with a variety of personalities and backgrounds and best suited for those that can connect with all levels of an organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Offers strategic business guidance and demonstrates strong prioritization skills to capitalize on both current and emerging opportunities.
Maintains a solid understanding of the organizations' programs to inform outreach, partnerships, and recruitment efforts.
Delivers compelling presentations and hosts recruitment events that clearly communicate the value of registry membership to attract and enroll key audiences.
Designs and implements strategic plans to engage students, employees, and key stakeholders within targeted organizations.
Share insights and recommendations informed by market trends, partner needs, and evolving dynamics within the assigned territory to enhance engagement strategies.
Builds and nurtures collaborative partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders, influencing and aligning efforts across recruitment initiatives without direct authority.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in partnership development, program management, or relationship management
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect with all levels of an organization.
Ability to create and present on program presentations to promote program alignment.
Prior sales or account management experience in healthcare, nonprofit or higher education strongly preferred
Strong communication skills across various channels and with a variety of personalities (email, text, phone)
Data-driven with an ability to manage KPIs and performance metrics
Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM tools)
Highly organized with excellent project and time management skills
Able to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
