Responsibilities:
Conducting comprehensive evaluations to diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in individuals of all ages
Administering standardized tests, observing clients, and collecting information from families and caregivers to determine the nature and severity of the disorder.
Setting goals and objectives that address speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing difficulties.
Conducting therapy sessions individually or in groups to work on improving speech and language skills.
Implementing therapeutic techniques and strategies to improve communication skills, such as articulation exercises, language drills, and voice therapy sessions.Qualifications:
Activelicense in Speech Language Pathology
ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence
2+ years of experience in school-based settings.
Professional liability insurance.
