Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Pay: $53-55/hr - W2 ONLY, NO C2C

Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days in office

Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced .NET Core Developer with strong skills in C# programming, microservices, cloud technologies, and MongoDB. The ideal candidate is someone who can ramp up quickly, navigate ambiguity, and deliver solutions in an Agile/Waterfall environment. Experience in Angular, CRM Online, Merchant Services, Pricing, or Product is a bonus.

Core Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure .NET Core microservices

Leverage cloud-based technologies to deploy and manage modern applications

Write efficient and advanced SQL queries to support data operations

Work with MongoDB to manage and retrieve unstructured datasets

Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate across cross-functional teams

Troubleshoot production issues and optimize existing solutions

Contribute to the front end using Angular, JavaScript, and other UI technologies when needed

Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and company security protocols

Required Skills & Experience:

4–6 years in .NET Core and C# development

2–4 years in microservices architecture and cloud environments

1–2 years of experience with MongoDB and advanced SQL query writing

Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Exposure to frontend tools like Angular, React, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML (nice to have)

Strong ability to take initiative, self-manage, and problem-solve through ambiguity
