JOB SUMMARY
Process work comp audits and process non-automated work comp new issues, renewals, and PCR’s.
POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Process work comp audits.
Process changes to policies based on audit results.
Process the non-automated work comp renewals and PCR’s.
Print and mail specifically requested audit forms.
Backup underwriting assistant for indexing of mail and initiating of work comp policies.
Interact with MinistryWorks for PayGo policies.
Submit work comp cancellations and reinstatements to various work comp bureaus.
Complete other projects as assigned.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
The ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer.
Knowledge of office practices and procedures.
Strong mathematical comprehension.
Ability to learn and apply the rating and underwriting rules, guidelines and processes.
Effectively interface with external contacts, Brotherhood employees, managers, and department staff members.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Must have high school degree or equivalent.
Must have at least one year of general business or insurance experience.
AINS designation is desired.
Previous work comp rating experience is desired.
