**Job Title: Assembler**
**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced assembler to perform complex assembly tasks involving advanced mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies. The role requires proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed blueprints, schematics, and specifications to ensure correct component assembly. You will also perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve assembly process and product functionality issues.
**Responsibilities**
+ Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and specifications to ensure the correct assembly of components.
+ Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve issues in assembly processes and product functionality.
+ Coach and train lower-level assemblers, providing guidance and mentoring on techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards.
+ Ensure that the team is adhering to all safety and regulatory compliance standards.
+ Continuously review and recommend improvements to assembly processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
+ Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other departments to resolve design or manufacturing issues.
+ Perform final quality inspections and testing to ensure that the assembled products meet company standards and specifications.
+ Maintain inventory of parts and materials required for assembly and ensure that stock is kept at optimal levels.
+ Assist with the setup, calibration, and operation of automated or semi-automated equipment used in the assembly process.
+ Follow lean manufacturing guidelines, providing continuous improvement suggestions for gained efficiency.
**Essential Skills**
+ At least 3–5 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing roles, with experience in leadership or team supervision.
+ Expertise in reading and interpreting complex technical documents, including engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.
+ Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to train and mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
+ Strong knowledge of quality control processes and manufacturing best practices.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines without compromising quality.
+ Bilingual - Spanish speaking.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience working in and on an assembly line.
+ Mechanical assembly of small and larger parts.
+ Proficiency with hand tools and schematics to assemble parts consistently with a low rate of error.
+ Experience in production, assembly line, and power tools.
+ General production knowledge.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
