**Job Title: Welder**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our production team on a swing shift, which operates four days a week with a 15% shift differential. You will be responsible for fabricating stainless steel equipment used in food processing by reading blueprints and welding assemblies with precision and care.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble and weld stainless steel parts using MIG, TIG, and TIP/TIG techniques.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
+ Use fixtures, templates, and guides to ensure accurate fabrication.
+ Operate gas torches, plasma cutters, overhead cranes, and pneumatic tools.
+ Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in assembly and electrical assembly.
+ Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
+ Experience with hand and power tools.
+ Ability to perform MIG and TIG welding.
+ Confidence with both imperial and metric measurements.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Proficiency in all forms of GMAW welding.
+ Ability to work independently and contribute to team success.
