**Job Title: Assembler**

**Job Description**

We are seeking dedicated Assemblers to join our team and contribute to the production of high-quality products. As an assembler, you will be assigned to a specific line and participate in rotations within that line. Your role involves assembling parts according to work instructions, utilizing tools and fixtures, and ensuring products meet quality standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble parts into high-quality products using tools and fixtures.

+ Perform sub-assemblies using power tools.

+ Work with small parts for hand assembly.

+ Utilize test equipment to ensure products meet quality expectations.

+ Visually inspect parts and products for defects such as scratches, dents, slugs, pinched wires, etc.

+ Use workstation computers to read schedules, match parts to work orders, view work instructions, and scan parts into inventory software.

+ Work with insulation in some assembly lines, with provided PPE.

**Essential Skills**

+ 6 months or more of assembly experience.

+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

+ Mechanical assembly skills.

+ Ability to read blueprints.

+ Quality inspection experience.

+ Experience with packing and machine operation.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Previous experience in warehouse, assembly, or general labor roles is beneficial.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.50/hr.
