Shift opportunities: 1st & 2nd (Great Shift differentials!)

Entry Level Pay: $20-$23

Intermediate Pay: $23-$26

Experienced Pay: $26-$30

**Job Description**

We are seeking skilled welders with expertise in welding metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, and/or titanium. The ideal candidate will have the ability to interpret drawings and plans to understand project specifications and scope, ensuring the precise measurement and alignment of workpieces using various tools.

**Responsibilities**

+ Maintain a thorough understanding of the welding characteristics of various metals, including stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium.

+ Interpret technical drawings and plans to accurately comprehend project scope and specifications.

+ Measure and align workpieces using straightedges, clamps, and calipers to ensure precision in fabrication.

+ Adhere to established health and safety policies and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

+ Operate power and hand tools effectively during welding and fabrication processes.

+ Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on welding equipment, ensuring operational efficiency.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience in welding stainless steel and miscellaneous metals.

+ Proficiency in MIG welding techniques.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Metal fabrication experience.

**Work Environment**

Work in a non-climate controlled environment with two shift options: 1st shift from Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:45pm, and 2nd shift from Monday to Thursday, 3:30pm to 1:30am.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hanahan, South Carolina.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
