**Job Title: CNC Operator (Night Shift)**

**Job Description**

As a CNC Operator on the night shift, you will be responsible for setting up machines, loading and unloading parts, and loading and changing tooling. You will also ensure machines are cleaned during and after use, removing chips and debris. Hand tools such as thread and air gauges, micrometers, and calipers will be used, and you may also perform deburring and inspect parts.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate machines including Matsuura, HAAS VF2, Doosan Puma V400 Lathe, HAAS VF6, and NMV3000DCG.

+ Load and unload parts efficiently and safely.

+ Load and change tooling as required.

+ Clean machines during and after use, removing chips and debris.

+ Use hand tools such as thread and air gauges, micrometers, and calipers.

+ Inspect parts for quality assurance.

+ Perform deburring as necessary.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience using basic hand tools.

+ Ability to use basic math skills for calculating tolerances and measurements with training.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ High School Diploma or Equivalent.

**Work Environment**

The work environment is a very clean contract manufacturing setting. This entry-level position requires no prior experience. The company culture is family-oriented and team-focused, with a team size of over 200 employees, including 40 in the CNC department. The dress code is casual, allowing jeans and non-slip shoes. The shift runs Monday through Saturday, with initial training on the first shift from 6 am to 2:30 pm, including mandatory overtime until 4 pm, before moving to the night shift from 5 pm to 1:30 am, with overtime until 3 am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SANTA CLARITA, California.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
