Job Description

Join our team as a Test Technician, where you will test electrical power supplies and magnetic components specifically designed for the aerospace industry. Your role will involve recording data, troubleshooting products, and utilizing electrical test tools such as oscilloscopes and ohm meters. You will work with both low and high voltage electrical/electronic products, read technical work instructions and schematics, and build and assemble test fixtures for various tests as needed.

Responsibilities

Test electrical power supplies and magnetic components used in the aerospace industry.

Record data accurately and maintain detailed documentation.

Troubleshoot problems with products using electrical test tools.

Use oscilloscopes and ohm meters for testing purposes.

Work with low and high voltage electrical/electronic products.

Read and interpret technical work instructions and schematics.

Build and assemble test fixtures for various tests as needed.

Essential Skills

At least 1 year of experience testing electrical or electronic parts.

Proficiency in reading technical work instructions and basic schematics.

Ability to use computer systems effectively.

Ability to record data accurately.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Preferred experience with high voltage testing, but not required.

Work Environment

Work in a clean and quiet environment with several work benches and workstations. The day shift runs from 6am to 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukie, Oregon.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
