What will you do?

Assist Manager with staff schedule, ordering, receiving, and drink menu ideation.

Assists with end-of-month inventory and financial reporting.

Ensure compliance with all departmental and organizational policies and procedures.

Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and associates.

Assist managers in the training and development of the team and in conducting associate-counseling sessions.

Assist managers in the management of staffing levels by establishing budgetary goals and business volume.

Inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and to monitor guest needs.

Analyze and resolve problems, seeking assistance if needed from management.

Ensure the venue is adequately stocked with all the products and supplies needed for the service.

Collaborate with the manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention.

Assist bartending associates in serving guests as business levels demand.

Ensure personnel meet appearance standards and follow all uniform guidelines.

More about you

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Minimum of 1 year of successful supervisory or management experience, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.

Knowledge in bartending techniques, recipes, sanitation, and safety issues is highly preferred.

Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory.

Must be able to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Strong verbal, written, organizational, and time-management skills.

Basic computer skills, including word-processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail required.

Physical requirements

Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions

Ability to lift stock to 50 pounds occasionally

May be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures, depending on the season
