You will be responsible to:

Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring efficient import/export operations and seamless information flow;

Manage inventory and warehouse operations, including space regulation, reception, sampling, dispensing, and shipment arrangements;

Ensure compliance with cGMP, HSE, cGDP, and all legal and internal standards, promoting safety and quality at all times;

Execute warehouse tasks accurately using systems like SAP and LIMS, and maintain complete, correct documentation;

Prepare and handle materials, including receiving, storing, sampling for QC/R&D, and dispensing raw materials per production needs;

Monitor environmental conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity) and perform scheduled physical inventory checks;

Maintain equipment readiness, ensuring calibration, proper identification, and correct usage of tools and machinery;

Support audits, investigations, and CAPAs, contributing to continuous improvement and compliance efforts;

Promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment, using PPE correctly and reporting any issues promptly;

Engage in training and team collaboration, sharing knowledge, supporting new team members, and participating in performance reviews.

We are looking to recruit a Candidate:

Full secondary school qualifications or equivalent;

Experience of working in a manufacturing, warehouse / tank farm or production environment;

Trained in use of fork truck vehicles;

Numerical capability for simple arithmetic;

Computer literate;

Clear and open communication skills;

Competent (written and verbal) English;

Must have the Knowledge, Experience and Skills to conduct their tasks in accordance with the rules and procedures set down.
