BlackLynx /Jacobs has a history of work within the IC community and is looking for a new program manager to lead the growth of multiple new efforts with diverse customers. The initial focus of these efforts relate to Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) - from design to mission utility to procurement of future space and airborne systems but will also include spacecraft design for acquisition efforts.

Jacobs is looking for a Program Manager to help lead high fidelity modeling efforts to help

Create and foster customer relationships

Identify critical customer needs

Shape overall response to RFI/RFP’s by customer

TS/SCI clearance.

Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university, in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science.

Willing to work on-site.

Experience leading project teams

Strong communication collaboration

Experience as a trusted technical advisor

Experience with managing projects using various SDLC models, CMMI, SAFe, Agile, cloud-enabled solutions, architecture development, and "As a Service" offerings

10 years of experience with technical solutions for complex highly integrated systems
