Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Position Summary of the Marketing Specialist:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Marketing Specialist to support and help lead marketing initiatives across our portfolio. This individual will work closely with the Marketing Team to plan, create, and execute marketing efforts that elevate our brand presence, drive community engagement, and support leasing and event initiatives. Strong design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite are essential, along with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Specialist:
Direct, plan, and coordinate marketing efforts in partnership with the Marketing Team to support both residential and commercial assets.
Copywrite and design engaging marketing materials including brochures, flyers, presentations, signage, and digital content using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Create, audit, and optimize content across all social media platforms; establish and execute channel-specific strategies to support leasing efforts and promote amenity spaces.
Capture engaging content from the community to feature in marketing campaigns and digital communications.
Manage weekly, monthly, and annual communications to community members, including newsletters, event announcements, and key updates.
Collaborate with the Events Team to increase event attendance (in-person and virtual) through digital marketing strategies and social promotion.
Attend and support events by capturing content (photo and video), assisting with setup as needed, and ensuring brand consistency throughout.
Maintain and grow relationships with local retailers, restaurants, and community partners to support cross-promotions and brand engagement.
Conduct market research and provide recommendations for new platforms, campaigns, and tools to support upcoming launches or leasing efforts.
Provide regular reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns, and make data-informed recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with site teams and internal stakeholders to align messaging and maximize marketing exposure.
Qualifications of the Marketing Specialist:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within real estate or a fast-paced agency setting.
Proven experience and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required.
Strong copywriting, content creation and photography skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms, content planning tools, and community engagement strategies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Experience with email distribution platforms such as Mailchimp is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills.
Comfortable attending and supporting events, including occasional evenings or weekends.
