Job Summary:

We are seeking a Project Manager (EIR Project Manager 3) to join our team and assist with AML projects in WV and PA. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading projects from ideation through to completion. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in science or engineering.

Minimum 20 years of experience in the environmental field working in the Pennsylvania and West Virginia region.

Strong written and oral communication skills;

Ability to travel on occasion; and

Must possess a valid U. S. drivers license.

Technical Requirements:

Extensive experience with Pennsylvania and West Virginia permitting regulations including NPDES permits, PADEP General Permits, T&E species clearances, Cultural Resource Clearances, USACE Nationwide Permits, Groundwater Protection Plans and WV Office of Land and Streams Stream Activity Permits.

Ability to read and interpret maps and project specifications;

Ability to write and/or review technical specifications and reports.

Other Miscellaneous Qualities:

Ability to travel occasionally to project sites (approximately 25% of the time)

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsible for overall environmental project management from project setup to project closeout;

Manage the overall project budget;

Prepare and submit invoices to client;

Lead the preparation of permitting packages required by governmental entities including: the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PA DEP), the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP) county conservation districts, and/or local municipalities;

Communicate effectively and efficiently with project team members and client;

Provide general project support and assist with other environmental projects as needed; and

Abide by Atlas' health and safety policies and procedures.
