Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly front desk receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting Visitors: Welcoming and directing visitors to the appropriate person or location.
Phone Handling: Answering, screening, and directing phone calls, taking messages, and providing basic information.
Administrative Tasks: Performing basic clerical duties like filing, typing, keeping track of office supplies and operating/maintaining office equipment.
Maintaining a Clean Reception Area: Ensuring the reception area and conference rooms are tidy and organized.
Mail Management: Retrieve/receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
Customer Service: Providing friendly and helpful assistance to clients.
Document Management: Obtain medical records, data entry with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills: Both verbal and written.
Customer service skills: Ability to be polite, friendly, and helpful.
Computer skills: have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and potentially other software.
Organization and multitasking skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in data entry, filing, and other tasks.
Job Details:
· Full time Monday-Friday
· 8:30am-5:00pm (1/2 hour lunch)
· Work in person
