Maintain Rent Log

Tenant management and construction management

Do Bank Reconciliation and Credit Card reconciliation

Maintain computer Microsoft Folder and fileing of electronic files

Use PDF File editor

Knowledge of computer folders creation is important

Scheduling apointments Casual environment in private home

Respected home builder with home office

Emails

Lite Microsoft Word and Excel skills

Flexible hours 5-10 hours per week

Marketing sending mailers

Social Media posting and knowledge a plus
