Volt is immediately hiring a Documentation Specialist/ Import Entry Auditor in Saint Louis, MO 63131.

As a Documentation Specialist/ Import Entry Auditor - you will be.

DESCRIPTION Import Entry Auditor – Conduct transactional audits for U.S.

importations.

Verify accuracy of the customs import entries with the commercial invoice/documents and confirm the correct classification, harmonized tariff schedule numbers, values, country of origin are accurately applied.

Develop an import database for entry audits and escalate any errors/discrepancies to the Int’l Trade Compliance Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Run Customs reports using the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Verify number of entries received from brokers match number of custom entries on ACE Reports Accessing entries through the brokers websites Symphony and Navisphere for missing documents.

Audit 100% of the import entry transactions Verify all necessary documents were included: (Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading, Entry summary 7501, etc.) Audit minimum data points according to import requirements utilizing a documentation audit checklist.

Create and maintain a database via excel for entries audited including data elements audited as well as any potential overages/shortages in duties paid.

Review for accuracy, any discrepancies to be identified, logged and escalated to the Int’l Trade Compliance Manager.

Conduct and lead weekly meetings with the Int’l Trade Compliance Manager discussing the discrepancies/findings.

Qualifications: Must have experience with Microsoft Office – Excel (pivot tables, formula’s) Associate or bachelor’s Degree Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Organizational Skills Advanced Excel skills required Microsoft Office Suite required Soft Skills required: Analytical Ability Analyzing and synthesizing qualitative data Oral and Written Communication Skills Planning and Organizing Skills Present Key Findings to Management Problem Solving Capability Title: Documentation Specialist/ Import Entry Auditor Location: Saint Louis, MO 63131 Duration: 3 months(possible extensions) Shift: 1st Shift Pay: $25.38/hr.

- $30.38/hr.
