Google Workplace Support (GMail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Google Drive) Assist with local Plant support as well as other Plants and HQ remote support Tablet Provisioning and Support Assist with Local Plant Network Support Printer Support & Troubleshooting Google Meet and AV Equipment Support Monitor, log and track assigned technical problems in our Ticket Management system (Service Now) Support IOT & WMS Android Tablets Support Digital Display Boards Collaborate with other Plant and Corporate IT Staff Document procedures, standards, and best practices
