Skill Requirement Working Skills: Use existing RoboHelp templates to design additional procedural content.

At least a basic understanding of Engineering workflow and PLM processes.

Ability to create process maps that correlate to procedural tasks for end users.

Ability to synthesize existing information and transform it into user content.

Ability to take notes and apply work direction when given.

Apply RoboHelp styles to content; ability to modify styles globally as needed.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Training and guidance to junior-level technical writers toward project delivery.

When appropriate, serve as a lead on special projects beyond documents by working collaboratively with senior management to define the scope of work and budget to meet project deliverables.

Proficiency with authoring and desktop publishing tools, specifically MS Word, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop). Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products, including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint
