Job Title: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Pensacola, FL, onsite 100% Mon-Fri
Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options
Position Type: Multiyear Contract
We are looking for a Desktop Support Operator to provide support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to desktop systems. Candidates must have:
1. Proficiency in desktop support tools and techniques.
2. Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Requirements/Must Haves:
• Ability to work Independently or in a collaborative environment
• Customer Service Skills
• Hardware/Equipment Setup and Support Experience
• Windows 11 OS support and troubleshooting Experience
• Basic Networking Experience
Nice to Have:
• Security + or Degree related to the IT field or equivalent related work experience
• Printer Server Management Experience
• ServiceNow Experience
• Office 365 and TEAMs Experience
