Job Responsibilities
Inspect personal computer equipment and install hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers, and disk drives on user's premises.
Ensure ongoing and consistent maintenance and updates of the Group's active directory.
Install and configure specified software packages, including operating systems, business applications, and office tools, and perform maintenance and troubleshooting.
Provide on-site and remote support to users regarding networking, operating systems, system hardware diagnostics, software, and operator issues.
Initiate troubleshooting for business applications and point of sale systems.
Perform systems and network troubleshooting and monitoring, ensuring defective components are replaced as needed.
Manage reported requests and incidents through the service desk system, providing updates, status, and completion information.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
2-4 years of experience in a similar field.
Experience with Windows operating systems and networking.
Fluency in English.
Proficiency in MS Office.
