Accountable for preparing all planning schedules and progress monitoring documents, as well as cost control reports, ensuring these documents meet specified requirements, adhere to quality standards, and are approved by the designated person.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for preparing all planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring documents for all project works of the company.

Provide planning and scheduling inputs for potential projects, including pre-award and post-award phases, and review client/subcontractor issued planning documents.

Plan, schedule, and monitor project works from engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, to overall project completion.

Contribute planning inputs for company development activities, such as manpower histograms and deployment schedules.

Update and monitor schedules, report potential slippages and resource constraints to the Project Manager.

Ensure compliance with company quality and HSE system requirements in all relevant documents.

Responsible for preparing cost control and monitoring documents for all project works.

Establish project cost baselines, monitor commitments and expenditures, and forecast financial status throughout the project lifecycle.

Develop and update cash flow forecasts reflecting expenditures, based on project baseline estimates and revenue.

Conduct regular cost control and variance analysis, taking corrective actions as needed.

Prepare monthly cost reports, compare with physical progress, and highlight concerns.

Interact daily with project teams regarding planning, scheduling, and cost needs.

Coordinate with other departments for planning and cost inputs, providing relevant documents through the Project Manager.

Engage with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers as required, through project teams and Project Managers.

Maintain a healthy and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

Experience and Skills:

Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.

Proven ability to develop presentations, spreadsheets, and supporting documents.

Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
