Job Summary:
We are hiring a dedicated and highly organized Administrative Executive to join our client .The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative duties, coordinating with agencies and suppliers, managing invoicing, and supporting our marketing team in preparing for launch events and campaigns.
Location : Abu Dhabi -UAE.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM.
Duration : May-2025 to Dec-2025.
Start Date : Immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including documentation, data entry, and filing.
Prepare and process invoices; manage follow-ups with suppliers and agencies.
Coordinate communication and logistics between the company and external vendors/agencies.
Support the marketing team with logistics planning and execution for launch sales events and marketing campaigns.
Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and event-related paperwork.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all administrative and marketing-related tasks.
Requirements:
2-4 years’ experience in office administration in a fast-paced environment
Experience in working with a real estate or a property management company is advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Bilingual: English & Arabic is advantage .
Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Strong organizational skills in prioritizing tasks and follow ups.
