Primary Position Responsibilities 1.
Greets patients, members and visitors (in-person or via telephone) in a friendly, professional and courteous manner.

Registers guests to the Wellness Center by following the designated procedures.
3.
Oversees required paperwork for new member registration and updates the existing information in a neat, thorough, and legible manner.
4.
Executes financial #End of Day# report and monetary reconciliation.
5.
Communicates with coworkers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Work Contact Group (Internal/External) Wellness Center personnel, nurses, therapists, patients, members, visitors and other allied health professionals.
Reporting Relationships Reports to (position): Assistant Director Health and Wellness Center Supervises (position(s): None Qualifications Minimum Education: Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Preferred: None Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation): Required: At least 1 year member service experience.
Preferred: 2 years member service/reception experience.
License, Registry or Certification: Required: CPR/AED (or must be obtained within six months of hire date) Preferred: First Aid certification Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Required: Experience with telephones, computers, keyboards, fax machines, copiers, cash handling, and filing.
Preferred: Basic fitness knowledge.
