Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive customer experience. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
Salary Range: $15.50 - $25.00 yearly
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from customers in a polite and professional manner.
Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries and issues.
Document all customer interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Follow up on customer inquiries if immediate resolutions are not possible.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors as needed.
Assist with data entry and management of customer accounts.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with computers and CRM systems.
Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality service.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
