Chick-fil-A Hillcrest Shopping Center is looking for Team Leaders!
Do you love working with people? Do you like to lead and develop teams? Chick-fil-A Hillcrest is looking for a self-driven and motivated leader who is a strong relationship builder to be part of their leadership team.
Qualifications
•
Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date
•
Saturday availability is required for all team members (typical schedule includes 1-3 Saturdays/month depending on availability and needs of the business)
Responsibilities
•
The Shift Leader may be responsible for opening, closing, or working any shifts between such but is ultimately the driver of the shift to ensure the best possible guest experience
•
A Shift leader coaches, encourages, holds others accountable, communicates goals and performance in regards to such goals, and helps enhance a culture of positivity and high-performance
•
Shift leaders have responsibilities for the restaurant's operations, including but not limited to: opening/closing the restaurant, specific continuous improvement projects within the restaurant, overseeing team members' performance and holding the team accountable for results, identifying where "bottlenecks" exist and reassigning team members to increase flow and heighten the guest experience, etc.
•
Lead with an attitude of integrity, humility, and service, one of empowering others and working for the best interest of the team members and guests
•
Be a leader and driver of Chick-fil-A’s Business Vision and Strategy
•
Ensure a top-of-mind mentality for Our Purpose “To glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us” and “To have a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A.”
•
Know our Operating System: an organizing framework that connects how we think, plan, and act to direct the entire business
•
Always leave your area, and the restaurant as a whole, better than you found it
•
Combine critical thinking and practical leadership to create a culture of innovations
•
Contribute to the team environment within our leadership structure: problem solve, contribute to the group, and invest in the overall success of our business
•
Always think of ways to reach the next level having the “We’re good but what can we do to be great?” mindset, teaching others within the restaurant to think the same way via coaching conversations
•
Enthusiastically and passionately lead the team.
