Responsibilities

This role services, manages, and maintains personal lines insurance accounts. Process changes on policies, responds to billing questions, and provides superior customer service. The ideal candidate will be a true self-starter with a desire to learn, detail orientated with an outgoing friendly personality.

Requirements

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years in customer service. Insurance experience a plus but not required. Will train the right candidate.
