Job Description
PMI Central Iowa is looking for a Receptionist to be responsible for providing excellent customer service and handling clerical tasks in our office. The person selected for this position will be expected to work within the office.
Required Skills
Answer incoming calls and emails
Perform administrative tasks
Assist in the communication and adherence to community policies and procedures to ensure quality customer service
Direct calls and emails to team members and vendors as necessary
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to work well with others.
Well-developed organizational and time management skills
Positive attitude and present a professional image for the office.Qualifications
Must have strong customer service skills
Works well under pressure with little supervision
Highly competent with current technology and able to become effective with new technology quickly
Highly organized and able to follow, refine, and create systems
Prior Experience in Administrative/Customer Support within Property Management Industry a plus
Full-time
