The Legal Clerk is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the law firm.
Responsibilities:
* Handling mail, filing documents, and maintaining organized case files.
* Scheduling appointments, managing calenders, and preparing correspondence.
*Preparing orders, motions, and other legal documents for review by attorney.
* Ensuring that legal documents are filed accurately and on time.
*Analyzing legal documents, summarizing case facts, and identifying key legal issues.
*Assisting with the preparation of trial materials, including gathering evidence, organizing exhibits.
*Communicating with clients and their families to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
