Front Desk Receptionist

Key Responsibilities of our Front Desk Receptionist
Answering and routing incoming calls on a multi-line phone system in a friendly and helpful manner
Collecting and routing mail and hand-delivered packages as directed
Greeting visitors, clients, staff, and vendors and directing them as necessary
Keep lobby, reception area, conference rooms, kitchen, and other public areas orderly, neat, and stocked as necessary
Ordering take-out and serving beverages and food to guests as necessary
Ordering/maintaining supplies as directed
Maintain a daily log of Federal Express, UPS, and other non-USPS deliveries and routing to the mailroom
Scanning, faxing, and saving/filing documents as directed
General administrative duties such as drafting simple correspondence, emails, word processing, and Excel as needed
Help with bulk mail outs which includes stuffing envelopes, labels, etc
Help with office decorations as directed
Help with office bulletins and notices as directed
Run errands if needed
Preferred Skills and Qualifications of our Front Desk Receptionist
High School Diploma, or associate degree. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
Previous experience working as a Front Desk Receptionist is required.
Previous experience working in a law firm is helpful, but not required
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
