We are seeking an energetic Bilingual Office Clerk to join our front office team.
In this role, the qualified candidate will provide exemplary customer service to our clients and internal business partners, process paperwork generated during our weekly auction sale in a timely, organized manner and provide general administrative support to the sales department. You will also accurately input information into spreadsheets and other documents, and service calls from internal and external customers, as needed. This person must be a team player, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to accuracy and detail and always represent UAX in a professional manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional front-line customer service to current and potential dealers
Greet and assist walk-in customers, ensuring they receive prompt and courteous attention
Answer incoming calls and route calls to appropriate departments
Print consignor tickets and auction catalogues prior to sale
Assist customers with dealer registration
Collect payment for vehicle purchase(s) during sale and issue receipts
Accurately enter data into auction software, complete documentation, and file paperwork
Maintain a professional appearance and orderly work environment
Other duties as assigned by Manager

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years office and customer service experience strongly preferred
Bilingual - Spanish/English required
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with computer systems, data entry, and software applications
Previous automotive or auction experience, a plus
Previous cash handling/account receivables experience strongly preferred
Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for long periods of time, and walk/stand regularly
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks (e.g., stooping, bending kneeling)
Ability to pass pre-employment screening
