AGE Solutions is looking for a PPSM Support and Vulnerability Assessment Lead to join our team in support of an upcoming cybersecurity risk management and assessment program with our DoD customer. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for providing protection to data end-to-end by ensuring the communication protocols in the Internet protocol suite, data services, and associated ports used on DoD IS are registered, controlled, and regulated properly.
Individuals in this role must be available to work on-site at Ft. Meade, MD for the majority of the workweek.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide program control, information management, and admin support to the PPSM Secretariat
Ensure compliance with DoD-approved architectures, standards, and guidelines (e.g., DISN)
Support execution of PPSM strategic, operational, and organizational goals
Serve as a subject matter expert at events and submit reports via AAR or MFR
Design and implement security measures and metrics for PPSM systems
Track communications and manage all suspense tasks for the PPSM program.
Review and ensure quality of reports and deliverables, including slides and meeting notes.
Manage PPSM phones and email (SIPRNet/NIPRNet) in line with SOPs.
Respond to PPSM-related info and registration requests
Coordinate logistics and materials for monthly PPSM CCB/TAG meetings
Update and manage PPSM websites and publish key documents and resources
Maintain the Vulnerability Assessment (VA) Database to support PPSM validation processes
Provide monthly performance metrics to Government stakeholders
Create technical papers on PPSM and cybersecurity topics
Support communication of deliverables within RE41 for PPSM leadership
Develop and maintain PPSM briefings, white papers, and contingency plans
Analyze and update policies, SOPs, guides, and templates for compliance
Distribute review packages, meeting outcomes, and official documents
Design graphics for PPSM meetings and presentation materials
Deliver briefings at internal and external events
Manage PPSM Registry user accounts, perform data entry, and support data exports
Process non-DoD registrations through Federal DMZ and NIPRNet Gateways
Automate PPSM processes as directed by Government leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (IT-related field preferred)
Five (5) years of relevant experience
Have an active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
DoD 8570 IAM/IA Technical (IAT) Level III certification
Expertise in National and DoD IT policy
Demonstrate expert level knowledge and experience with participating in risk assessment during the Certification and Accreditation process
Ability to design, develop, implement, and integrate IA architecture, system, or system component for use within data center, network, and enclave environments
Experience with ensuring that the architecture and design of DoD ISs are functional and secure
Compensation: $150,000 - $163,000
