THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a closely related field

Interest in technology, people systems, and process improvement

Experience in SQL, scripting, or file formats like CSV, XML, or JSON

Experience with ETL and integration tools such as Informatica, Talend, and MuleSoft

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN ENTRY-LEVEL IMPLEMENTATION DATA ANALYST

In this IT role, you'll begin the day by meticulously converting and transforming client data using SQL queries, ETL tools, and standardized templates. You'll interpret and validate data drawn from various source systems-spanning payroll, HR, and benefits-to ensure its accurate migration onto our HCM platform. You will be responsible for analyzing data integrity, collaborating with team members for process enhancements, and consistently applying established methodologies to achieve optimal efficiency. Your expertise will be integral to streamlining client data integration and ensuring that every data point contributes to clearer, actionable business insights.
