The Data Entry Specialist plays a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and organized entry of data into our internal systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, proactive, and committed to maintaining high data quality standards.Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter and update data in databases and company systems

Verify and cross-check information for accuracy and completeness

Organize and maintain electronic files and records

Identify and report any data discrepancies or inconsistencies

Perform regular quality checks on data input

Support other administrative and clerical tasks as needed

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth data flowQualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus

Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data entry software

Excellent typing speed and accuracy

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
