Job Description
Pritchard Industries is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the janitorial service contract between Pritchard Industries and Property Management. The Project Manager will handle cost analysis, scheduling, performance, and compliance aspects of the contract. This role includes managing special work orders, strategic crew staffing decisions, and frequent communication with the Property Manager.
**Responsibilities:**
- Act as the primary liaison with the Property Manager.
- Regularly communicate with the Property Manager to address issues and special requests.
- Participate in planning and strategizing for facility maintenance, ensuring tasks are completed according to schedule.
- Monitor crew performance to ensure adherence to property specifications.
- Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and Local regulations related to safety and health.
- Conduct daily meetings with supervisors to address performance and compliance issues.
- Perform Quality Control Inspections and address deficiencies promptly.
- Conduct daily visits to tenants to ensure cleaning standards and client satisfaction are met.
- Be flexible with work schedule to meet client needs.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- At least 3 years of janitorial experience.
