Hiring Part-Time & Full-Time (30+hrs/wk)

About Brick Road Coffee

Two members of the LGBTQ+ Community founded brick Road Coffee with a mission to be more than just a fabulous little coffee shop. Day In The Life of a Brick Road Barista

Be the warm, welcoming, and friendly face of our coffee shop – greeting each customer and providing exceptional service throughout the entire experience.

Create authentic moments- share your knowledge of our coffee, company, and the Tempe community with our customers.

Be a coffee & tea expert. You bring the passion, we provide the training, and you share it with the customers.

Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards while also delivering exceptional customer service.

Generate new loyal customers and care for our existing customers.

Care about safety. Safe, healthy employees and customers are our number one priority.

Contribute. Take pride in the tidiness of the store, organize stock, innovate new ways to do things. Take the initiative with tasks, ideas and add to the overall success of the store.
