The Manor in Benton is also offering a wonderful incentive pay to acknowledge our hard working staff who are always there for us and their residents - Earn an extra $1 per hour for not being late or calling in during the pay period.
This position will be a rotating schedule of twelve hour shifts and rotating weekends. 2 days on, 2 days off, 2 1/2 days on then 2 days off.

7p-7a Rotating Shifts
The CNA is responsible to provide direct, hands-on care to residents to ensure residents attain or maintain the highest possible physical, mental and emotional well-being possible for each resident without declines in status unless the decline is documented as unavoidable. The CNA will provide indirect care for residents by documenting, cleaning, infection control and laundry as required. The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment, and as may be directed by your supervisors.

QUALIFICATIONS
CNA Experience
must possess a current licensed Certified Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Arkansas.
Pass Drug Screen and Criminal Background Check
Prior experience in the senior living sectors preferred.
Must be empathetic, understanding, and enjoy working with geriatric residents.
